Required Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualities: Clean UK Driving Licence. Caring, compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
Experience: While not always mandatory, previous experience in care, either formal or informal, is often preferred.
Other Requirements: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to follow instructions.
